Optionline Extend provides hosting for all centers that sign-up for an Optionline Extend website. In order to provide the best possible website content, performance, cost and support, Optionline Extend provides hosting for all our website products. Sorry, but we cannot provide any of our website products to be hosted on an non-Optionline Extend web host.

What is Hosting, Anyway?  

Your center's presence on the web comprises four components that work together to provide a website with email:  

1. Domain name  

2. Website  

3. Hosting  

4. Email accounts  

For your Pregnancy Center website to be available to people in your town, city, state, country, and, as you probably know, the world - your website needs to be hosted... Web hosting is the practice of storing your website's web pages, images, text, video and audio on a web server. A web server is a specialized computer whose purpose is to make websites available to the World Wide Web - a very large audience indeed.

In addition to hosting your website, Optionline Extend will also provide one or more email accounts that will be associated with your website.

Many companies provide web hosting services. Some provide in-house hosting for their own purposes (think Microsoft, IBM, and the like) while other companies provide hosting to any individual or other company with the need to have their website "live" somewhere.
