What's the difference between the Basic and Deluxe client websites?
Basic websites have limited customization opporutnities. Deluxe websites offer more customization, integration of your logo and other photos you may already be using, web statistics reports and a Flash video.

What does limited customization on the basic site mean?
Limited customization refers to your ability to control certain aspects of your website content, specifically your contact information, services information, "about us" information and of course your name.

Can I change my website from a basic to a deluxe?
Yes! If you want to upgrade your site from a basic to a deluxe site, just contact Option Line e-Xtend at AdamT@optionline.org.

Can I have the video on the BASIC website?
No. The video is only available on the DELUXE client sites.

I want to take online donations. How do I do that?
Online donations are available from SUPPORTER websites. Please view About Online Donations or our Supporter page for more information.

I want the video to play on a TV and in presentations - how do I get it?
You may purchase the video from Heritage House (www.hh76.com) The name of the video is Call Us for Answers.

My center currently has free hosting from a donor. Can we use that?
No. Your site will be hosted by Option Line e-Xtend and those fees are built into the cost of the site.

Should I cancel my current hosting?
Yes - once your new site is launched. . Your site will be hosted by Option LIne e-Xtend and you don't need to pay separate hosting fees any more. When you get your new site, contact your old host and cancel your services. If you don't, you WILL continue to be charged by them. If you've pre-paid for hosting, you may be able to get a refund - but not all hosting companies will do that. If your hosting is free, it's just nice to let them know you've moved.

Can my center have email addresses associated with our domain name?

Can you help me find my current domain information?
View our Already Have a Domain Name information. Let us know if you need additional help.

How do I get my website to come up on search engines?
This will depend on many factors. Option Line e-Xtend provides basic search engine optimization services, but you may need to invest in additional online advertising or a seach engine marketing program. For more information, contact AdamT@optionline.org. We prefer not to put this information on our website at this time.

My center is not affiliated with either Heartbeat International or Care Net. Can I still get a website?
Unfortunately, no. The e-Xtend program is offered through Option Line and is available to our affiliates as part of our marketing services. If you'd like to speak with us about becoming an affiliate, please contact AdamT@optionline.org

Can you offer an STD website program like the Abortion Recovery website program?
We plan to offer abstinence program websites in the future. At this time, we have no plans to offer a "single web page" program concept for STD information.
